Each workshop is offered twice for scheduling flexibility. Both dates cover the same content. Students may register for one workshop or all four.
Time Management & Planning

Teen Exec workshops are interactive, practical, and designed to give students tools they can use immediately in school and everyday life.

Natalya Lucas is a rising junior at Weston High School and the founder of Teen Exec. Through workshops, podcasts, and community programs, Since launching Teen Exec in 2024, she has led multiple executive functioning workshop series for middle school students, and this summer marks the third offering of the program.she helps students develop executive functioning and leadership skills. Students often find it easier to relate to and learn from a mentor who has recently navigated the same academic, extracurricular, and organizational challenges they face.
Natalya has served as Student Body Treasurer and as a Student Advisory Council representative to the Weston School Committee, has worked with younger students through LINX Camps and Momentum Dance, and was recognized as a Top 10 International Finalist at DECA’s International Career Development Conference.
She is passionate about helping younger students build the confidence, organization, and decision-making skills that support success in school and beyond.
